Ticketing Login Instructions

We are proud to announce a new online ticketing service to purchase Philadelphia Film Society (PFS) event tickets and redeem membership benefits.

HOW TO ORDER/REDEEM TICKETS ONLINE:

  1. View the Film Festival schedule and select the film and/or event you'd like to see and click "buy tickets"
  2. You will then be directed to the sales page where you will see a link that says “PFS Members Click Here to Log In” next to the particular event or item you wish to buy or redeem. Click this link.
  3. You will be asked to enter your member number to create your new online account. Enter your number and submit. If you do not know your membership number simply click on "Forgot your member number?," enter your first and last name along with your zip code and your membership number will show up with a link to login.
  4. You will then be asked to create a user name and password (if you have not already done so).
  5. Once you have created your new online account, you will see your billing address, e-mail, etc. You can either edit any information that is there, or continue to the calendar links to the left to start purchasing tickets.
  6. When purchasing, be sure to select the MEMBER Tickets or COMPLIMENTARY Tickets as appropriate. The discounted MEMBER price will automatically be applied in the system. If your membership entitles you to a complimentary 6-Pass you will have the ability to purchase 6 tickets at the $0 COMPLIMENTARY ticket price. Review the status of your cart and click "Continue browsing films" to add other films/events to your selection.
  7. Once all film and event selections have been made, proceed to “Checkout” to make your payment (if necessary) and finalize your order.
  8. When the order is complete, an order confirmation will be displayed and you will have the choice to e-mail your tickets or print the tickets immediately. Please note that you will need to bring a physical ticket to any event you purchase/redeem using this system.

The Main Box Office can process badges, passes, ticket packages, and single ticket orders.
