We are now accepting submissions for the 20th Philadelphia Film Festival.
Last year, the 19th Philadelphia Film Festival included more than 250 screenings of 132 domestic and international narrative, documentary and short films including Opening Night Film BLACK SWAN, with director Darren Aronofsky in attendance, and Closing Night Film 127 HOURS. Throughout the eleven-day Festival, the 2010 Festival featured many incredible Philadelphia and regional premieres, including BLUE VALENTINE, CERTIFIED COPY, NIGHT CATCHES US, TINY FURNITURE, and UNCLE BOONMEE WHO CAN RECALL HIS PAST LIVES. The Festival further highlighted BEST AND THE BRIGHTEST, CAFE and LEBANON, PA, three films shot in and around the greater Philadelphia region. The Festival also drew a record amount of guests, with over 100 filmmakers, actors, distributors and industry professionals attending during the course of the Festival.

Submission fees vary based on deadline dates. As a general rule, we are unable to return submissions under any circumstances. Please retain a copy for yourself.
All filmmakers will be notified as to whether their submissions were accepted or rejected in September 2011 at the latest.
