Volunteer

We are now accepting applications from those interested in volunteering at the 20th Annual Philadelphia Film Festival!

Volunteering at the Philadelphia Film Festival is a great opportunity to get an inside look at an international film festival, work with film-lovers just like you, and see some awesome films!

This year, the festival will be October 20-Novemeber 3 at various venues throughout the city including Ritz East, Ritz Five, and The Rave!

Positions Available:
• Theater Operations (Greeters and Ushers)
• Box Office Sales
• Venue Management
• Hospitality and Transportation
• Special Events

To show our appreciation for your donated time, each volunteer will receive one film voucher to use towards any regularly scheduled film in the Festival (excluding special event & centerpiece/Gala screening) or towards a year-round filmadelphiaEXPERIENCE screening.

If you are unable to attend the last training session and would like to be trained in our ticketing system, required for Box Office and House Management positions, please send us an email stating so and we'll arrange a time to meet in the Film Society Office.

PLEASE NOTE: You may now view the volunteer schedule grid with updated shift times. Schedule grid does not include films during the shifts, films will be announced September 28th. Please look over the schedule, if there is an available shift you would like to sign up for, email volunteer@filmadelphia.org with your name, date, venue and shift time.

If you have not attended a volunteer training session, you may only sign up for usher/greeter shifts.
