 The Philadelphia International Gay & Lesbian Film Festival is sexy, enticing, surprising and fun - showcasing nearly 200 films from around the globe, featuring world premieres, sneak previews, classic revivals and more, all in the comfort of cushy seats and air-conditioned theaters down Broad Street and throughout the Gayborhood.  From Nigeria to Iceland, South Korea to Romania, digital video to 35mm film, this year's program crosses genders as well as genres, introducing audiences to new worlds and new people, with compelling comedies, dramas, thrillers and docs, bursting with LGBT diversity both on screen and behind the scenes!  It's a spectacular year for guests and awards (see left sidebar), with additional appearances by drag superstar RuPaul, "Rent" icon Anthony Rapp, castmembers of Another Gay Movie, Michael Carbonaro, Jonah Blechman, Mitch Morris and more to be announced!  With a reputation, the parties and receptions are dazzling and fabulous, with a different event every night of the week! From dance parties to bowling and billiards, leather bars to ice cream socials, kinky Quizzo to lavish riverfront views - audiences will enjoy outdoor screenings on South Street and at Penn's Landing, with stops in between at a dynamite array of queer-friendly bars, restaurants, hotels and clubs. JURY AND AUDIENCE AWARD WINNERS (07.25.07) The 13th Philadelphia International Gay & Lesbian Film Festival came to a close with an award ceremony emceed by Robert Drake (WXPN) and Jennifer Karowski (Kinky Quizzo), who unveiled the audience and jury award winners for 2007.

CLOSING NIGHT AWARDS, FILM & PARTY (07.20.07) The 13th Philadelphia International Gay & Lesbian Film Festival comes to a close with a presentation of the Jury and Audience Awards and East Coast Premiere screening of Kiss the Bride, 7:30pm on Tuesday, July 24 at The Prince Music Theater. Then, off to one final party featuring sponsored open bar, upbeat music, exquisite scenery and wedding cake at Twenty21, 10pm-1:30am. Film and party combo tickets are $40, for sale in person, online or by phone. Party only tickets are $25 at the door. (21+)

OUTDOOR SCREENING SCHEDULE CHANGE (07.09.07) Showtime for the free screening of To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything! Julie Newmar on the riverfront at Penn's Landing (Thursday, July 19) has been changed to 8:30pm. Pre-show entertainment, featuring drag queen Carlota Tendant, hula hoop performance, sing-along, and prizes, will begin at 7:30pm.
SCHEDULE CHANGE (07.03.07) The lesbian shorts program, Love Is Blind, has moved from 2:30pm to 2:45pm on Saturday, July 21 at the Arts Bank.
PARTY LOCATION CHANGE (06.22.07)
